Born from the heritage of two much-loved local favourites — The Shack Seafood Restaurant and The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill — Catch & Cut is where Cornwall’s freshest seafood meets seriously good steak, all under one roof.

Fresh, local, sustainable seafood, & some of the best steak in the country
We are proud of the Provence of our produce and buy local, sustainable seafood.
Fresh fish landed in Newlyn, oysters from Porthilly, mussels and crabs from Cornish waters, basically we strive to source everything from the seafood side of our menu as locally as possible!
Our steaks are carefully delivered from Aubrey Allen who is one of the best butchers in the country.
We work closely with Aubrey Allen, who supply only the top 1% of the best ethically sourced, grass fed beef which is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.
Aubrey Allen are renowned for supplying some of the best chefs in the country as well as the royals.
We are part of Cornwall Good Seafood Guide because we care about the sustainability of our produce.
We are also proud to support the Fisherman’s Mission, the only national charity that works solely to help fisherman and their families.
